In this full time, temporary role, you will report to the Manager of Employee Learning and Development, fostering a rich learning environment. Utilize your knowledge of instructional design and various delivery methods to create impactful training opportunities that align with the College's strategic objectives. Collaborating with multiple partners, you will help support continuous professional growth across the college.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess learning solutions using varied delivery methods
• Partner with departments to identify learning needs




• Leverage technology to create accessible training resources
• Conduct needs assessments to inform programs
• Design inclusive programs that adhere to equity standards
Requirements:
• Degree in organization development or relevant field
• At least five years of experience in L&D; environments
• Strong proficiency in digital learning tools
• Knowledge of adult learning theories
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
