Position Summary

The Cashier provides exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, processing payments, and ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.

Full time and part time positions are available.

Duties:
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Process cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments.
Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
Prepare and serve beverages.
Assemble and package customer orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and dining area.
Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies.
Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalations when required.




Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements:
Customer service experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
