Your Responsibilities

- Youll analyze financial data and KPIs, identifying trends and supporting performance and risk assessments
- Youll administer business incentive and performance programs, including calculations, results and reporting
- Youll develop and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI and emerging AI capabilities
- Youll review financial, operational and compliance information related to prospective and existing business partners




- Youll support monitoring activities, policy reviews and documentation across a national partner network
- Youll identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows and improve business processes

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting or operations support
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and expert-level PowerPoint capabilities
- Experience with Power BI, dashboard development and business intelligence tools
- Strong financial and KPI analysis skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences
- Proactive, organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
