Job Description

Prepare and cook foods on the menu
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality
Monitor and keep track of food stock and kitchen supplies
Maintain work area clean and neat
Estimate food cost and requirements
Train other kitchen staff
Job Requirements
Completion of secondary school required.
Min. 1‑2 years of commercial cooking experience required.
Terms
Full‑Time (30‑40 hours per week), Permanent
Compensation & Perks
Wage: $17.00 per hour
Perk: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
