Key Responsibilities:
• Promote effective inclusive practices across educational settings
• Oversee the implementation of Student Specific Plans (SSPs)
• Facilitate identity-affirming programming for students
• Engage in cooperative planning with instructional services
• Use data to create equity-driven support plans
Requirements:
• At least five years of teaching experience
• Advanced qualifications related to special education preferred
• Knowledge of provincial legislation and LRSD policies
• Ability to work within a multi-tiered support system
• Experience in mentoring and skilled learning
