This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented and proactive professional who is passionate about maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement within Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) programs.In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring ESD standards are upheld across the site, optimizing workstations, and supporting new product and process introductions within a dynamic manufacturing workplace.As this role is subject to the Canadian Government’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status. site-wide ESD internal auditsImplement and manage the iOperations application across the siteMaintain iOperations assets, including adding new items and removing obsolete equipmentIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve ESD non‑conformancesProactively identify risks and recommend corrective actionsOptimize ESD workstations and improve processes for efficiency and complianceSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the ESD programAssist with new cell construction and project launches (BLITZ initiatives)Support qualification of new materials and equipmentPerform annual ESD shoe and flooring verification testing across multiple combinationsQualifications and SkillsStrong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable working with technical systems and maintaining databasesExperience in ESD programs or manufacturing environments is requiredAbility to stand for extended periods (entire shift)Frequent bending, twisting, and reachingHands‑on work involving testing and equipment repairAbility to lift up to 35 lbsMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
