The Company is in search of a Vice President of Construction to provide executive leadership for major nuclear construction initiatives. This senior role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain compliance with nuclear and regulatory requirements, and manage significant capital budgets. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, full project lifecycle oversight, and the development of effective project risk management strategies. The role also requires building strong relationships with various stakeholders and providing executive-level reporting on project performance.





Candidates for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 20 years' experience, and a proven track record in the nuclear industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, particularly with projects valued at $500 million or more, and possess solid knowledge of construction laws, codes, and industry standards. Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills are essential. The role demands a leader who can manage large teams, programs, and complex projects, and who is adept at stakeholder management. A PMP or PgMP certification is considered an asset, and the candidate must be eligible for Canadian security clearance.
