The Salvation Army Lighthouse Halton in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to provide supervision and support for clients in our Lighthouse shelter.
This 40-hour-a-week, temporary fixed-term contract runs until August 31, 2027. The role involves outreach case management, safety monitoring, discharge planning, documentation, and coordination with police, funders, court personnel and community partners.
