You will apply your underwriting expertise, collaborate closely with advisors, internal and external partners,



and help elevate underwriting standards across the organization.You will…Review Life and Critical Illness applications in French and English, including medical, financial, and lifestyle underwriting evidenceMaintain positive relationships with internal and external partnersDeliver exceptional service to clients and advisorsIdentify problems and opportunities for improvement, offering potential solutionsContribute to impactful projects involving technology, processes, and underwriting philosophyWhat We Are Looking For…5+ years of individual life insurance underwriting experienceProfessional fluency both in written and spoken French and EnglishExcellent knowledge of medical and financial underwritingStrong decision-making and interpersonal skillsExperience with brokerage distribution networks is preferred.A degree in Business, Finance, or Health Sciences is an asset.FLMI and FALU certifications are an asset.What We Pay…$83,500 - $125,000What's In It For You…At ivari, it's important for us to keep our people motivated, recognized, and rewarded.
