Territory Sales Representative – Toronto, ONJob Purpose: We are currently looking for Territory Sales Representatives to join our sales team. The successful candidate will come from the construction industry, be a go‑getter, and uncover new opportunities in their designated territory while developing and nurturing business relationships with companies and individuals. The Sales Representative’s goal is to maximize revenue for the branch and the company.What You Will DoIncrease sales and branch revenue.Establish new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites.Develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive, long‑lasting relationships.Meet personal and team sales targets.Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay abreast of the latest developments.Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.SkillsPrevious outside sales experience within the construction industry.Proficient with computers.Exceptional organizational skills.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Self‑motivated and driven.Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions,
