Key Responsibilities:
• Provide planned nursing care according to provincial standards
• Implement and evaluate personalized care plans
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain documentation




• Mentor and coach unregulated care providers
• Communicate effectively with residents and families

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Knowledge in gerontology and rehabilitation is an asset
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
