This full time permanent position requires availability on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. You will guide customers in selecting products, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings. Your enthusiasm and energy will create a vibrant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through the selling and renting process
• Define customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate product benefits and answer inquiries
• Follow up on product orders with accuracy
• Maintain an inviting store workplace through merchandising

Requirements:
• Must be a musician with experience in one instrument
• Excellent verbal communication skills a must
• Maintain a positive and composed attitude
• High energy and solid work ethic essential
• Retail or sales experience preferred
