Take on a pivotal role as an X-Ray Team Lead at Canada Diagnostic Centres in Westhills. This full time position focuses on hands-on imaging, team leadership, and excellent patient care.

As a certified or soon-to-be certified X-Ray Team Lead, you will oversee the X-Ray team in an engaging outpatient clinic environment. Key responsibilities include conducting complex imaging exams, mentoring X-Ray Technologists, and collaborating with healthcare specialists to enhance clinic operations. Your compassionate approach will ensure every patient has a remarkable experience during their care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct standardized and complex X-Ray exams
• Mentor and support the X-Ray Technologist team
• Explain procedures to patients to alleviate concerns




• Collaborate with radiologists for seamless operations
• Engage in ongoing career development for skills growth

Requirements:
• Active registration with CAMRT & ACMDTT or equivalent
• Clinical competency in radiography
• Proven leadership experience in coaching teams
• Exposure to fluoroscopy and mammography preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and RIS systems
