Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise family visits while ensuring safety
• Document visit observations accurately for reporting
• Provide a welcoming, non-judgmental environment




• Uphold compliance with safety standards and policies
• Support families with cultural and trauma-informed practice

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education advantageous
• Experience with children and families in a supportive role
• Robust organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to respond calmly in crisis situations
• Explicit communication skills for engaging with clients and partners
