Key Responsibilities:



• Engage clients through various communication channels • Assess client needs and develop tailored solutions • Ensure trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practices • Maintain service excellence and quality standards • Adapt to variable schedules, including nights and weekends

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in social services or relevant sectors • Proven commitment to equity and inclusion principles • Strong cooperative and independent working skills • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency • Knowledge of social service systems and resources
