Position SummaryThe Front of House Assistant Manager oversees breakfast and lunch service, ensuring food quality, presentation standards, and a clean, organized restaurant. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, scheduling, ordering, and financial balancing for the front‑of‑house (FOH). The position also requires supervising service staff, assisting with reservations and customer inquiries, and coordinating with the owner on operational issues.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee breakfast and lunch service, ensuring food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.Ensure proper storage of food and supplies while monitoring inventory and managing shortages.Train and mentor current staff, franchisees, and corporate employees to uphold company standards.Supervise FOH staff to ensure excellent customer service.Manage FOH operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling, and balancing accounts.Assist hosts with reservations and customer inquiries,
