Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the university’s technology strategy aligned with institutional objectives
• Lead technology governance and policy development
• Assess and implement emerging technology applications




• Manage substantial technology projects with explicit objectives
• Ensure effective vendor negotiations and relationship management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; Master’s preferred
• At least 5 years of leadership in information technology
• Experience with major enterprise systems and technologies
• Solid strategic planning and communication skills
• Proven experience in financial management and technology compliance
