In this role, you will be essential to the Inclusive Child Care Model, working on assessments, program planning, and providing direct support to children with a range of needs. Your work will foster inclusivity and contribute to recreational, educational, and vocational activities. Collaborating with community partners, you'll develop short-term plans tailored to individual needs and report progress regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in assessments and program planning
• Support children during recreational and educational activities




• Facilitate inclusive participation in various programs
• Build and maintain relationships with families
• Document progress and maintain case reports

Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social service field
• Minimum one year of experience with children
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Current First Aid Certificate preferable
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
