In this temporary role reporting to the Surgery Manager, you will assess and treat surgical patients using supportive and therapeutic methods. Applicants should have at least two years of recent surgical experience and current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Be prepared to manage IV medications, epidural analgesia, and patient education while demonstrating commitment to patient safety and care excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care to surgical patients
• Perform venipunctures and maintain IV therapy




• Manage PCA pumps and epidural analgesia
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and education
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient needs and environments

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years of recent surgical experience
• Proven communication and decision-making skills
• BCLS certification required
• Commitment to continuous career development
