In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations while producing high-quality products that meet ADM’s standards. The position involves both manual and equipment operation tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll operate and monitor milling processes, support sanitation and material handling activities, and uphold ADM’s commitment to safety and quality at every step. Reporting to the Mill Superintendent, you will support both flour and wheat end operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.What You’ll DoPerform housekeeping and sanitation duties to maintain a clean work environmentComplete flour changes using the yield management systemMonitor equipment and perform flour and wheat process adjustmentsAssist in daily operations of both flour and wheat endsProvide coverage for Mill Operator 1 duties as requiredIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issuesMaintain accurate records and complete computer-based reporting tasksEnsure compliance with all health, safety,
