This individual assists in overseeing the daily activities of the store while helping maintain an exceptional customer experience, strong operational organization, inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and sales support.This is a hands-on leadership role that combines customer service, operational coordination, retail sales support, and team assistance in a fast-paced seasonal environment.The successful candidate must be highly organized, customer-oriented, dependable, and capable of helping lead by example during peak operational periods.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations SupportSupport daily retail store operations and customer service activitiesAssist with opening and closing proceduresHelp maintain store organization, cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation standardsSupport inventory organization, stock replenishment,



and product displaysAssist with maintaining pricing accuracy and promotional signageCoordinate with warehouse and service teams regarding product availability and customer ordersDeliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Betz Pools brandAssist customers with pool and spa product selection, water care solutions, and general retail inquiriesSupport retail sales initiatives, promotions, and seasonal campaignsHelp identify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesAssist in resolving customer concerns professionally and efficientlySupport recurring customer engagement and retention initiativesTeam & Administrative SupportSupport scheduling coordination and store coverage planningAssist with onboarding and training of seasonal retail staffReinforce operational procedures and company standardsSupport communication between store staff, management, and other departmentsAssist with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational follow-upHelp ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational expectationsInventory & Operational CoordinationAssist with inventory counts and stock managementMonitor low inventory levels and communicate replenishment needsSupport receiving and organization of incoming products and retail suppliesHelp ensure operational efficiency during peak seasonal periodsSupport implementation of new retail initiatives and operational improvementsQualificationsRequired2+ years of retail, customer service,
