and equipment needs each day to keep the project moving efficiently.Conduct regular safety inspections, manage quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.Represent Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd. in meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.Drive project close-out with precision — ensuring all deliverables are met and documentation is complete.What You BringMarine construction experience and comfort working on or around the water.Proven experience in site supervision or project management within a marine environment.Strong understanding of local, provincial, and federal compliance regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced environments.Microsoft Office proficiency and solid administrative know-how.Valid driver’s license (First Aid, SVOP, and VHF certifications are robust assets).A collaborative, safety-first mindset and passion for building great projects and great teams.Legally entitled to work in Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
