Hands‑on experience with Layer2 and Layer3 Cisco switching is essential.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve network issues across SD‑WAN, LAN (Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500, Nexus 9K), WLAN, and security platforms (firewalls).Configure and support advanced switching technologies including VLAN, VRRP, HSRP, and other routing protocols.Apply solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies.Utilize knowledge of infrastructure cabling and transceivers to support physical network deployments.Manage enterprise routing.Configure and support wireless networks (Aruba) and Wi‑Fi platforms, including SSID setup and access‑point configuration.Implement and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) technologies.Design and manage cloud‑based networking (preferably Microsoft Azure) including ExpressRoute, route tables, and VPN solutions.Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls.Develop and maintain documentation.Use network monitoring and alerting tools.Resolve support tickets assigned to the Data Centre and Networks team, ensuring timely troubleshooting, documentation, and follow‑up.Raise, manage,
