Wage:

$48.23 per hour (full-time) + benefits according to LiUNA collective agreement

Location of Work:

Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Province of Ontario

Job Description:

- Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, forms, ramps, barricades, etc. at construction sites
- Assist bricklayers and various tradespersons in construction activities
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as mortar, cement, etc.
- Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction




- Perform other activities at construction sites as directed

Job Requirements:

- 2 years or more of experience working with bricklayers
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without strain
- Ability to follow instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Capable of working in a rapid-paced labour-intensive environment
- Able to work at heights
- Able to follow and obey health and safety rules
- Punctual and willingness to work long hours and Saturdays if required
