Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of all property areas
• Oversee interior common areas and dining hall maintenance
• Maintain lawns, walkways, and exterior furniture
• Document and report equipment deficiencies
• Prepare and clean apartment units for new tenants
Requirements:
• Physically able to handle maintenance duties
• Capable of minor repairs and general upkeep
• Strong customer service skills essential
