When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data‑driven insights to build a healthier future.About the PositionThe Warehouse Coordinator will focus on supporting the warehouse to receive, store, ship and deliver supplies and samples to appropriate places within the warehouse, and assisting with sample movement and returns. The role will support all activity related to working with supplies and global shipping as needed, as well as organizing and logging packing slips for the ERP platform, coding and rebilling of freight invoices where applicable.The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and leadership team routinely interacting with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other management personnel.Specific ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sample movement, returns and disposals in a timely mannerPrepare packaging for outgoing sample shipments while ensuring proper protection of goods.Receiving supplies and samples from delivery trucks and store/organize in proper place.Ensure receiving records are complete and accurate; Ensure all PO’s for intercompany shipments include the correct information upon receiving.Sorting, locating, and retrieving sample pulp and rejects from the warehouse facilitiesPrint, organize and log packing slips into ERP (Oracle)Follow up correspondence with labs on incomplete packing slips and provide guidance on how to fill out and provide dummy packing slips.Prepare proper documentation for Customs and maintain internal shipping records for company goodsAssist in order ETA expediting with direction from Operations.Ensure correct billing of client supplies and freight.Ensure accuracy of data entry during sample receiving process and inventory management.Load and unload pallets of goods with the forklift; Help oversee dailyoperational tasks for the team under guidance from leadershipLiaise and provide assistance to both internal and external clients and other branches as necessaryDeliver incoming shipments to the proper Departments; Proper handling ofdangerous goods including NORM and High sulfide samples.Local delivery and pick up as needed; Maintain vehicle inspection logs and assist with various site inspectionsHelp manage supply and sample inventory conducting weekly & monthly supply inventory counts; General shipping,



receiving and warehousing functions as needed; Consolidate supplyshipmentsBackup to the Warehouse /Logistics Leads (supervisors); Assist in trainingnew and cross‑training staff in duties and policies to ensure smooth operation.Use correct methods in accordance with the established procedures and schedules while ensuring analytical qualityParticipate in established HSE initiatives, observe regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures; Other duties as assigned by managerRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesThe ability to persevere in the face of challenges and exhibit a resolve toward continuous improvement of the supply chain, warehouse and finance function.Excellent prioritization skills under minimal guidance and supervision.Strong Communication – Written and Oral.Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly.Advanced Computer Skills – Microsoft Excel, Databases and MS Office.Ability to work within a fast‑paced, high‑volume workplace.Organized, detail orientated and able to multi‑task between many goals and strategies.Required Qualifications1-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics or related fields.Comprehension of logistics terms and processes for the different modes of transportation.BA or BS degree, or DipT in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, International Trade and Transportation or related field (preferred).Valid Provincial Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving history (abstract required).Forklift license and experience operating a narrow aisle forklift an asset (on site certification will be required).Good knowledge of Health & Safety including OH&S; legislation.Knowledge and understanding of International Customs compliance and CUSMA shipping regulations.Comprehension of logistics and financial terms and processes for the different modes of transportation.Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.Physical DemandsAbility to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day; Ability to communicate via telephone and e‑mail without assistance; Ability to sitat adesk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities.Wear issued personal protective equipment (PPE) when requiredExtensive walking or movement, bending,



kneeling working around machines pallets and storage bins.Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7.5 hours per shiftManual dexterity to perform repetitive tasksComfortable in environments with high dust and noise levelsOur Benefits IncludeAn estimated hourly pay of $28.62 CAD at the time of posting.
