The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the organizational transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment and consistency across planning schedules, overseeing a multi-site project portfolio, and supporting executive decision‑making related to business priorities, risks, budgets, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
