Minimum 3 years of underground hard rock mining experience, preferably as a Scoop Operator Knowledge of underground mining methods, ground control practices, and mine safety procedures Strong commitment to safety standards and operational excellence Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities Physically fit and capable of performing demanding work in underground mining conditions Willingness to complete a criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug and alcohol test Underground Common Core Modules are considered an asset What Will Make You Stand Out
