As Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa prepares to launch, we are seeking a Supervisor for our Guest Services team. This role involves daily leadership, coaching staff, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless service journey. You will address complex bookings and guest inquiries, while also monitoring the quality of guest experiences and supporting the operational flow of the spa.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct pre-shift briefings for effective team operation • Monitor guest arrivals, departures,



and inquiries • Support staff with complex reservations and payment issues • Ensure accurate guest profiles and transaction records • Coach team members on service standards and product knowledge

Requirements: • Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality • Experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office • Proven ability to provide exceptional guest services • Excellent communication and organizational skills
