- Lead the overall performance of three retail locations across the Vancouver market
- Act as Store Manager for one location while maintaining effective oversight of the other two stores
- Drive sales, profitability, conversion and key retail performance indicators
- Coach, develop and support store leadership teams to strengthen performance and succession
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, product knowledge and exceptional customer service
- Establish clear priorities and ensure consistent execution across all locations
- Review store results and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, staffing and operational performance
- Maintain a regular presence in each location and provide hands-on leadership where additional support is required
- Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing retail talent
- Support scheduling, labour management and workforce planning across the market
- Ensure strong standards in merchandising, visual presentation, inventory management and store operations
- Build a team that can confidently educate customers on cookware, knives, kitchen tools and related products
- Partner with senior leadership on business planning, promotional initiatives and market opportunities
- Ensure company policies, health and safety requirements and loss prevention standards are consistently followed
- Deliver a customer experience that reflects the quality, expertise and heritage of the brand

Requirements





- Proven retail leadership experience with responsibility for multiple locations or a high-volume store workplace
- Strong track record of driving sales and improving business performance
- Experience coaching and developing Store Managers, Assistant Managers and frontline teams
- Comfortable balancing multi-unit leadership with direct responsibility for one store
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, labour management, inventory and store operations
- Experience in kitchenware, housewares, home, specialty retail or another product-led retail environment is an asset
- Strong appreciation for product knowledge and consultative customer service
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into action
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Able to build credibility quickly and lead through clear expectations, coaching and follow-through
- Customer-focused with high standards for service, presentation and execution
- Flexible to travel regularly between three Vancouver-area locations
