Pharmasave #406 is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and answer phone inquiries professionally
Enter, label, package, and process prescriptions under supervision
Count, measure, and package medications accurately
Manage inventory, receive shipments, rotate stock, and assist with audits
Support insurance billing, prescription transfers, and administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy setting
Assist with daily pharmacy operations as required

Qualifications
1 to 3 years of retail pharmacy assistant experience
Robust proficiency with Kroll and prescription data entry
Knowledge of Pharmacare/insurance billing and clinical services flagging




Pharmacy Assistant program completion is an asset
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed
Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends

Schedule
Part-time, 16 to 24 hours per week
Flexible shifts within store hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
