Up-to-date Steak in Calgary is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day front-of-house operations and a premium guest experience. You will be a visible floor leader, drive service standards, and partner with the GM and culinary team to manage costs and staff performance.
You will oversee scheduling, training and development, guest relations and event support while maintaining Alberta liquor and safety compliance. Full time, evenings and weekends required.
