Overview
Leads cultural programming that strengthens identity, belonging, and community wellness. Manages events, partnerships, and cultural initiatives that support cultural safety and community connection.
What You’ll Do
Plan and resource community cultural programming.
Engage Elders, Knowledge Keepers, artists, and partners.
Support cultural safety training for staff.
Evaluate participation, outcomes, and community impact.
Prerequisites
Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).
Postsecondary education in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, Arts Management, or related field.
