Requirements
Journeyman‑certified Barber or hair stylist, or in final stage of apprenticeship
Exceptional customer service skills




Adaptability to quick‑paced environment
In‑depth industry knowledge and trend awareness
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility for shift work

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and conduct thorough consultations
Provide expert recommendations based on face shape and taste
Demonstrate high‑quality technical skills (clipper cuts, fades, natural necklines, texturizing, customization)
Build lasting relationships with loyal customers
Maintain grooming stations and sterilize tools
Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education
