Support CELPIP test sessions as an Invigilator at our North York Centre location. This role involves overseeing test delivery, assisting test takers, and maintaining testing integrity.
We are seeking multiple Invigilators for our North York Centre, available for weekly or occasional shifts. Key responsibilities include preparing the testing area, guiding test takers through check-in, and managing any technical issues that arise. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth testing experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain the testing area for sessions
• Assist with the check-in process for test takers
• Escort test takers to workstations and breaks




• Conduct microphone checks and assist with technical errors
• Enforce testing rules and monitor conduct
Requirements:
• Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals effectively
• Attention to detail for test monitoring responsibilities
