As a Clinical Mentor, you will function as a clinical resource and leader within the Internal Medicine team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical mentorship and support to nurses
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for training

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Three years recent acute care experience
• Demonstrated mentoring and teaching experience
• Leadership training preferred
• Valid BC Driver’s License may be needed
