Safe Storage Depot is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing tours and product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. Self Storage experience is an asset but not a requirement.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable storage solutions.Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services.Manage inventory levels of moving supplies and assist with restocking shelves as needed.Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and secure.General office management including opening and closing, balancing,
