Pay Band 12: $23,170 to $24,840 (3 step range)

Location: Melfort

Employment Terms: Full time, Permanent

Shift: Days, Evenings, Weekends; 56 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks

Unit: Chronic Resident Unit, Parkland Place Facility

Job Description

Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities
Deliver personal care to residents.
Assist with activities of daily living.
Encourage independent functioning.
Support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications
Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) required.
Valid driver's license, where required.
Food Protected certificate, where required.
Ability to work independently.
Basic computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
