The Valuation Specialist will be responsible for providing business valuation and transaction advisory services to a variety of clients.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPreparation of business valuations, due diligence assignments and financial analysis in respect to transactions, reorganizations, disputes, and tax filings.Consult with clients, client’s counsel, and representatives of companiesAnalyzing and interpreting clients’ financial and non-financial informationObjectively identify risks and opportunities that drive value for theConduct related industryObtain a basic understanding of our clients’ businesses and learn their bestAdvising on purposeful recommendations to clientsRepresent client at networking and industry events to leverage new businessEducation & ExperienceCPA designationCBV designation or enrolled and working towards CBVMinimum 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience at a public practice firmExperience in preparing business valuation reports, due diligence, purchase price allocations and financial models.Strong understanding of accounting standards,
