results driven setting ensuring department goals are met or exceeded.What will you need to succeed?3 years of underwriting experience in personal insurance is required.CIP designation or working towards designation is preferred.Experience working in a call center environment is an asset.Proficient computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite programs.Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.LocationHybrid environment; two days a week expected in our Cambridge, Ontario office.CompensationBase salary range $52,500.00 - $86,500.00. Base compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs.
