Key Responsibilities:
• Review plans and specifications for pricing
• Analyze construction drawings to identify gaps
• Prepare budgets and scope documents for projects
• Attend networking functions and award meetings
• Compile O&M; manuals for project completion
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• At least 5 years of construction estimating experience
• Proficiency in architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships
