Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with other professionals to implement care plans




• Assist clients in daily care activities as assigned
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions effectively
• Promote client safety and comfort regularly
Requirements:
• Accredited OTA/PTA diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience preferred
• Experience in various care settings valued
• Solid communication and judgment skills
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
