Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations & Quality, you will act as the “Voice of the Customer”,



effectively translating and communicating customer requirements to internal teams (Planning, Operations, Engineering and Procurement) to maintain KPI’s such as OTD, TAT, RMA and Scrap and ensure the best service possible to our customers. Responsibilities will include Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all parts of the business, our value proposition and products and services we provide. Develop a strong understanding of our customer’s goals and needs in order to recommend new product and service offerings and expand existing customer accounts Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, purchasing, planning to meet customer’s requests and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
