This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the St. Catharine's Propulsion facility on a full-time basis.Production Group LeadersThis is a full-time salaried position located at the General Motors St. Catharines Propulsion facility.As a Group Leader in Production, you will be responsible for leading teams of employees or technical personnel to drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes. This includes managing daily operations, developing and improving business processes, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.In this role, you may oversee production activities, quality assurance, inspection, problem-solving, and GM Built-in-Quality initiatives.
