UNICEF Canada is seeking an Analytics Engineer to shape data and analytics capabilities across fundraising and business teams. This senior role translates business questions into analytical opportunities and delivers insights to improve donor retention, fundraising effectiveness, and decision-making. The position reports to the Director, Data & Insights and operates in a hybrid model with 2 days in-office per week in Toronto, offering a comprehensive perks package and three weeks of vacation.
