Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement care plans to meet resident needs
• Lead group sessions focused on skill enhancement and support
• Ensure thorough safety checks of the premises




• Assist with medication delivery and administration tasks
• Collaborate with team members and community partners effectively
Requirements:
• Relevant education or experience in human services preferred
• Strong communication and advocacy skills essential
• Clean Class 5 driver's license and vehicle required
• Must pass a vulnerable sector criminal record check
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, emotional environments
