We’re seeking an eLearning Content Creator to join Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists. You will build polished digital learning assets for a large-scale SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams migration using approved learning objectives, scripts, storyboards, content, and technical guidance provided by the project team. Working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, you will produce interactive eLearning modules, software demonstrations, screen recordings, videos, graphics, knowledge checks, and SCORM-compatible course packages. You will partner with the SharePoint & Microsoft Teams Trainer, Organizational Change Management Consultant, and technical subject matter experts to validate accuracy and incorporate review feedback. This role is focused on learning asset production and quality assurance rather than learning strategy, curriculum design, or ownership of instructional design. As a Consultant II on a SharePoint Migration project you will:
Build interactive eLearning modules for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams using approved scripts, storyboards, learning objectives, and client content Create and edit software demonstrations, screen recordings, videos, animations, graphics, callouts, captions, voice-over tracks, and other multimedia learning assets Develop learning assets using Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline,
or comparable content-authoring and media-production tools Create task-focused digital learning that reflects the approved SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environment, interface, terminology, and ways of working Build interactive activities, knowledge checks, quizzes, navigation, and completion logic based on approved design specifications Package, test, and troubleshoot SCORM-compatible modules for deployment through the client’s Learning Management System Apply accessibility, branding, visual, audio, and production standards consistently across all learning assets Incorporate technical, instructional, accessibility, and client review feedback while maintaining version control and organized source files Manage assigned asset-development deliverables, production schedules, review cycles, dependencies, risks, and final file handoff in collaboration with the broader project team Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Core requirements: You have hands-on experience building interactive eLearning modules, software demonstrations, videos, graphics, or other digital learning assets for enterprise audiences You are proficient with Camtasia and at least one eLearning authoring tool, such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Storyline You can turn approved scripts and storyboards into polished, engaging, and user-friendly digital learning experiences You have experience creating and editing screen recordings, video, audio, voice-over, captions, graphics, animations, callouts, and interactive elements You understand eLearning production standards, visual consistency, accessibility, responsive design, and quality assurance You have experience packaging, testing,
and troubleshooting SCORM-compatible learning for deployment through a Learning Management System You have strong organization, attention to detail, file management, version control, quality assurance, and production-scheduling skills You’re willing and able to work regularly at the client’s downtown Calgary office and travel based on the needs of the engagement Standout candidates for the SharePoint Migration project will also bring: You have built digital learning assets for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, or another enterprise technology migration You have a portfolio demonstrating polished learning videos and eLearning courses, software simulations, graphics, interactive modules, or SCORM packages You can capture and edit explicit software demonstrations that accurately reflect a configured client environment while protecting sensitive information You have experience producing accessible learning assets, including captions, transcripts, keyboard-friendly interactions, readable visuals, and alternate formats You have worked within formal review and approval processes and can efficiently manage multiple assets, revisions, source files, and delivery deadlines across migration waves What you can expect
