Tim Hortons is hiring Overnight Team Members to help keep our store running smoothly through the night. If you take pride in preparing great food, enjoy supporting guests with a warm attitude, and can stay focused during late hours, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

Welcome guests and provide helpful, respectful service

Prepare and assemble menu items while following Tim Hortons standards for quality and consistency

Support food production, stocking, and keeping stations organized

Keep work areas clean, safe, and sanitary throughout your shift

Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

Assist with closing and overnight cleaning to help set up for the next day

Work with your team to meet service and operational goals

What you bring

Availability for overnight hours, and comfort working independently and with a team

A strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Explicit communication and a team-first mindset

Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and maintain high standards

Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Requirements





Bring bold, energetic service to every guest throughout the overnight shift.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while staying calm and focused.

Handle food preparation and station duties according to Tim Hortons standards and recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Restock supplies, manage inventory basics, and support opening-ready readiness.

Complete assigned opening/closing and overnight cleaning tasks thoroughly and on schedule.

Communicate clearly with team members and shift leads to ensure smooth handoffs.

Support quality and speed by following operational processes and service timelines.

Be dependable and willing to work overnight hours for full-time or part-time schedules.
