Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers. Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications




High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare or home support role is an asset
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Explicit criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
