As a Cyber Security Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers maximize the value of N‑able security solutions, including MDR, XDR, ITDR, and related cybersecurity offerings. You will partner with customers, SOC analysts, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering to improve security posture,



accelerate threat detection and response, and drive long‑term customer success. What You'll Do Act as the primary technical advisor for customers using N‑able security solutions. Drive adoption and optimization of N‑able MDR and XDR capabilities. Conduct security architecture and posture reviews, providing best‑practice recommendations. Guide customers on threat detection, incident response, and security operations maturity. Support integrations across endpoint, identity, email, cloud, and network security technologies.
